Paint & Relax
Our painting meditation workshops are an exciting opportunity to explore the benefits of art and meditation. This three-hour workshop will provide participants with the chance to learn about the power of mindfulness and how to use it to improve their creative practice. The first half of the workshop will focus on painting and meditation, with participants exploring different techniques to help them relax and connect with their creative side. The second half gives participants the chance to put what they’ve learned into practice, using their own artwork as a tool for meditation.

Looking for a way to add some excitement to your meditation practice? Why not try an abstract painting workshop! In these workshops, you’ll learn how to use acrylic paints to create your own abstract paintings. You’ll also learn about the different techniques that can be used to create these paintings, and how you can use them to help you relax and focus during meditation. Plus, you’ll have a lot of fun creating something beautiful!
Color for Calmness
What if we told you that there was a way to meditate that didn’t involve sitting still and clearing your mind? And what if I said that this method could be fun, creative, and even a little bit messy? Intrigued?
Our Color for Calmness workshop teaches the basics of color theory so that participants can go on to create mandalas or other patterns that are pleasing to the eye and relaxing to color.

Make Your Mark
There’s something very calming and therapeutic about sitting down and making patterns. It can be a form of meditative mindfulness, a way to focus the mind and find some inner peace. That’s why we’re offering a series of mark making for meditation workshops.
In these workshops, you’ll explore different pattern making techniques and how to use them for your own personal meditation practice. We’ll start with some simple line work, then move on to more complex geometric shapes. You’ll experiment with different mediums too, from pencils and pens to paints and inks.
