Description

Tempting at first, but trouble in the end—this bold magnet captures a slice of Caribbean truth with vivid color and a sting in its tale. Featuring the classic Bajan proverb “What sweetens the goat’s mouth will burn his tail,” it’s a playful-yet-powerful reminder that not everything that feels good is good for you.

This saying speaks to indulgence, consequences, and knowing when to walk away. That thrill, that impulse, that sweet temptation? It might come back to bite. Whether it’s gossip, greed, or that one-too-many moment, this bit of wisdom is about looking past short-term satisfaction and thinking about what happens next.

Stick it on your fridge, locker, or office wall—anywhere you need a little nudge to stay mindful. With its hand-painted charm and universal message, this magnet is a cheeky caution sign in the most stylish form. Sweet on the outside, but sharp where it counts.
